Preschool Director/Lead Teacher
Trinity Methodist Preschool is seeking a caring, organized, and faith-centered Preschool Director/Lead Teacher to lead our preschool ministry and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children ages 3–4.
This part-time position includes classroom leadership, curriculum planning, communication with families, and oversight of daily preschool operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, positive communication skills, a love for children, and a commitment to Christian values and discipleship.
Responsibilities include supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth while fostering a welcoming environment for families and staff. Candidates should have experience in early childhood education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a church ministry setting.
The Preschool Director/Lead Teacher reports to church leadership and plays an important role in helping Trinity Methodist Preschool provide a loving, Christ-centered foundation for young children and their families.
